Canoe and kayak...

Discover the river Argens in the Var, during a canoe or kayak trip, the calm waters of the Argens offer a winding 14 km ride that joins the sea at Saint Aygulf, from the leisure center of Rock, at the foot of the Massif des Maures and the rock of Roquebrune. At the meeting of the fauna of the flora, the walk will be very instructive. You will discover the natural curiosities and lifestyles of certain animals. This walk ideal for a family outing in nature is accessible to children over 4 years. Are you staying with your friends and would like some thrills to quench your thirst for adrenaline? A slightly more sporty course with 40 rapids is available from the base of Les Arcs to Lac Noirel. Reserved for more than 12 years, it lasts about 6 hours and includes a picnic break to refuel. The rate includes the shuttle to the starting point, the boat (tandem or single seater), paddles, helmet, a watertight can to keep your things and a lifejacket.

Located in the town of Arcs-sur-Argens, the base of Les Arcs is located near the river, in a peaceful and green. After your trip by canoe or kayak, you can rest in the shade of old trees or stroll on the shore letting you rock by the stream. The leisure center also offers mountain biking in the forest, on marked trails accessible to beginners and young athletes. Its formula "The bike vine" is an original way to pedal your hair in the wind by discovering the vineyards of the Provençal hinterland.
