Datum der Erfahrung : 09/07/2024Awful experience with staff at this site. Myself and children were screamed at by the security guard for not having our sticker on our car window. We were told by Reception at check in that we could place it on our dashboard. He slammed the sticker on my car window. I complained to reception and nothing was done. The restaurant staff we also rude. We wanted to eat a meal and they told us No! The table was reserved but there were several tables that were free. They didn't offer us another table. I pointed it out to them and they just shrugged. The noise from the planes is so loud, several times we had to cover our ears. My youngest had ear pain from this. The kids clubs were closed despite it being July! The attitude of staff and the lack of facilities means we will never return.

Datum der Erfahrung : 24/06/2024Contrairement à ce que m'avait annoncé l'accueil, il y a plus de 2 avions par jour ! Vous auriez pu annoncé par mail et par téléphone que les shorts de bain n'étaient pas acceptés. La communication n'est pas la meilleur. L'eau dans le grand bassin n'est pas chauffé contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur votre site et par téléphone, dommage car mon fils de 2 ans avait froid. Sinon très beau logement, idem pour la pisicne et le camping. Ce n'est qu'un problème de communication ......
Datum der Erfahrung : 23/06/2024Très bonne expérience, mobilhome très bien et très propre, parc aquatique très bien, dommage qu’il y ai aucune animation en soirée, ou pour les enfants alors que nous sommes quand même le 20 juin. Une ou deux soirées dans la semaine serait raisonnable
